LMI started as a newsletter published once every two months (bi-monthly). Our focus is on survival, freedom and homesteading. You will read expert articles on survival in the outdoors, surviving terrorism, economic survival, NBC warfare survival and surviving an out of control government. You will also read articles on self-sufficiency, running a homestead, homestead based businesses and homestead resources. Articles on freedom will include coverage of statutory rules and regulations, constitutional law, the limits of government and the exercise of individual rights.

Our premier issue was published for the September/October 2006 period. Since then, we have published several new issues and continued to publish once every other month until the May/June 2008 period. Featured articles have included; Surviving On The Homestead, A Complete Desert Water Survival System, Sustenance Hunting, Things To Do, Kimber Krap, Eastern Block Makarovs, How to Purchase Your Firearms, The Type 56 SKS Rifle, New Tricks For Old Defensive Dogs, Survival and the American Dictatorship, The Nuclear Threat Today sections 1 through 11 and How To Join A Nuclear Survival Group. The preceeding articles are examples and not all inclusive.

LMI Newsletter is now undergoing a complete overhaul in the way it is published. LMI Newsletter is changing it's format from a print publication to an HTML internet publication. This will allow us to bring the same top notch information we have been able to bring to you to a wider range of readers. This will also allow us to present this top notch information for free. Well, not quite for free. The pages and information will be published for free reading for anyone on the internet, but our staff and writers will still have to sacrifice hours at their keyboards, buy the equipment and spend the time necessary testing the equipment and getting out into the field to test their skills before writing up the information you need to survive.

Naturally, we will be spending our own hard won wages on this project. We have tried this kind of thing before and our poor editor spent himself into the poor house. Well, we have determined not to let this happen again. You will notice as we begin publication on our HTML renovated LMI Newsletter that there will be ads within the pages. We will need your support to continue publishing. If you like what you are reading, please support us by purchasing some of the merchandise we are offering. We are only going to publish while we are being supported. After all, you will need to do more than read about the survival skills and equipment you need to survive. You will need some equipment and skills. This means you will be purchasing equipment and using it to gain those skills. Why not purchase from us and continue to allow this type of information to be published so you can continue to learn and gain the skills and equipment you need?

Here's how this will work. We will publish an issue online and you will have the oppotunity to read it for free. If you see an ad for something you need, purchase from us. This will help you acquire the items you need and will help to pay for the information we publish. When an issue is payed for, we will publish another one. If it turns out that we can't pay our writers, web site and staff to stay in business, we will just go away.
